Many of our customers have informed us of premature brush wear or excessive arcing or corona on collector ring brushes. Many times these are symptoms of a surface problem
with the collector rings.

A fairly quick inspection along with some measurements may indicate your collector rings
are a good candidate for resurfacing. We have successfully resurfaced many collector
rings and drastically lessened wear and vibration with our process. We recommend
following the OEM's instructions and recommendations for these types of repairs.
